35 Steaks + Martinis Grand Opening Party At Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

35 Steaks + Martinis celebrated the grand opening of the newest steakhouse at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas with an exclusive, VIP event on Thursday, Sept. 15. Guests enjoyed delectable hors d’oeuvres featuring signature menu items such as the spicy seared tuna, prime beef sliders, beefsteak tomato and blue cheese, lollipop lamb chops and Thai crab cake.

Food stations throughout the restaurant featured fresh shellfish such as oysters, crab and shrimp, servings of the famous Tomahawk steak and an assortment of dessert including chocolate dipped strawberries, mini tarts and other sugary confections.

Guests had the opportunity to sip on 35’s signature libations – the 35 Gimlet, featuring Hendricks gin, cucumber essence and fresh squeezed lime, and the Spicy Serrano Martini, comprised of Belvedere Intense vodka, basil, Serrano chili and lime.

Entertainment was provided by the beautiful ladies of Phat Strand, a quartet amped violin group. Perhaps one of the highlights of the evening was the commemorative cake, created by Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Bell and designed to resemble the Tomahawk steak. 35 Steaks + Martinis is open from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight Friday and Saturday. The Lounge is open from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 12:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
