She was served some mini-chocolate cupcakes at Social House to share with her friends who attended the birthday festivities.

Then the group made their way to PURE Las Vegas nightclub at Caesars Palace hotel. Lowndes wore a stunning sapphire blue low-cut short dress on the red carpet. Her fans were very excited to see her at the hotspot.
Fans can see Lowndes in her new episode ‘They’re Playing Her Song’ airing November 15, on ‘90210’ on the CW. There’s she is still below 21.
