Braddah’s

Braddah’s menu features fresh island-inspired foods, prepared daily. Guests will be able to choose from specialties in a casual setting including Huli Huli Chicken, Kalua Pig, Pulehu Steak, Grilled Fish, and Island Grilled Veggies.

“We are very excited to be opened,” commented Christopher Campbell, President & CEO. “We are bringing island flavors to the burrito and taco segment because we thought the market was saturated with typical Tex Mex and South Western flavors. These recipes have been developed over a 7 year period featuring an excellent blend of salty, sweet, and smoky flavors. Our featured item is the Kalua Pig along with the Mango & Roasted Corn Salsa. The feedback we have been receiving on Social Media during our first week has been phenomenal. The Kalua Pig and Huli Huli Chicken seem to be everyone’s favorites right now, whether in rice bowls, tacos or burritos. And everybody is crazed with a bag of our dessert we call Coconut Bark!”

The atmosphere, with Hawaiian posters and island music, palm trees, as well as outdoor patio seating, will make this location a spot for everyone to enjoy. This location will also offer Drive-Thru and Call In Service for orders To-Go. The Drive-Thru is anticipated to be open for service in mid-August.
