Last fall, prominent national real estate developer Jim Noteware of Houston-based NOTEWARE Development partnered with K&S Mesa Verde, LLC, an entity controlled by Edward Kalikow of the Kalikow Group and Eugene Shalik of Shalik Realty Ventures, to purchase 10 acres of prime Las Vegas real estate one block east of the Las Vegas South Strip. Both New York-based private equity firms specialize in real estate development.
“I believe we’re off to a great start,” said Noteware. “As we begin Brickwater Las Vegas homes construction we anticipate delivering prestige homes with comfortable, convenient outdoor and indoor amenities.”
The urban-designed Brickwater, four-story, 178-unit Las Vegas mid-rise condominium community homes for sale in Las Vegas is situated on five acres of Las Vegas land on the southeast corner of Mesa Verde Lane and Giles Street, south of the Las Vegas Outlet Center. The innovative design includes four levels of condominiums with same-level resident covered parking and a host of interior amenities including: game room with billiard tables, an 18-seat stadium theater, conference room, lounge, exercise room, private rooms for parties and gatherings, catering kitchen and community terraces overlooking the resort-style pool.
The Brickwater sales of Las Vegas homes for sale will start later this month of the upscale condominiums.
