Buona Pasqua! Celebrate An Italian Easter At TREVI Italian Restaurant
TREVI Italian Restaurant, located at the heart of The Forum Shops at Caesars, will celebrate Easter by offering two holiday-exclusive dishes, a specialty jelly bean gelato and classic Negroni available on Sunday, March 27.
TREVI’s Easter selections will feature lamb tortellini: house-made pasta stuffed with braised lamb and mint pea purée served with artichoke confit and French breakfast radishes, priced at $26; and pork tagliata: grilled pork skirt steak with arugula, frisée, pickled apples and cured lemons topped with mustard vinaigrette, priced at $29.
Guests may toast to the holiday with TREVI’s version of the classic Italian Negroni, a blend of Hendrick’s Gin, Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth and Campari, priced at $12. The whole family will also enjoy the limited-time jelly bean gelato for dessert, starting at $4.50 per scoop.
