Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s premier dining destination, 35 Steaks + Martinis adds “Mirror Mirror” ($17), which will make taste buds sing with its tangy shrimp ceviche, grilled shrimp skewers and mango salsa. Next on the set list is “Only After Dark” ($48), a 14-ounce New York strip and poblano demi-glace served with sweet potato brulée.

Finally, no rock star dinner would be complete without “Pour Some Sugar On Me” ($10), praline ice cream served over banana bread French toast and topped with a hot rum caramel sauce. 35 Steaks + Martinis is open from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

To celebrate VIVA Hysteria!, Culinary Dropout boasts The Joint prix-fixe menu ($25 per person.) The special includes one appetizer, either the Soft Pretzels & Provolone Fondue or house salad; one entrée, succulent southern-style fried chicken or savory Ma…The Meatloaf!?!; and one Paper Bag Beer Special.

To wash it all down, Culinary Dropout is whipping up new Def Leppard-inspired cocktails such as the “Strawberry Sugar On Me” ($12), a sweet blend of Plymouth gin, strawberry simple syrup, fresh lemon and sparkling wine; “Let’s Get Rocked” ($12), Cruzan No. 9 rum, Snap liqueur, fresh lime and ginger beer; and the “Love Bites” ($12), Belvedere Vodka, madras bitters and fresh lemon. Culinary Dropout is open from 11 a.m. to close Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to close Saturday and Sunday.

Rocking around the clock, Mr. Lucky’s Café opens with “Let’s Get Rocked” ($12), crispy fried rock shrimp, candied pecans and pineapple with spicy lime mayo. For the main event,“Bringing On The Heartbreak” ($15) is a flame-roasted Italian hero sandwich with spicy capicola, hard salami, provolone and house giardiniera. Mr. Lucky’s Café closes the curtains with “Getcha Rocks Off” ($8), Neapolitan baked Alaska lollipops and pop rocks in a warm raspberry sauce. Mr. Lucky’s Café serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
