Delicious Fun Easter Sunday Brunch At Sugar Factory American Brasserie
The Easter Bunny is known for his sweet tooth, so there is no better place to celebrate the ‘hoppy’ Easter holiday on Sunday, April 8, than Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas. The sweetest spot on the Strip offers dozens of delicious and festive Easter brunch dishes.
The whimsical eatery showcases decadent dishes that will surely make every ‘bunny’ happy this holiday. Original dishes include the Red Velvet Pancakes topped with cherry syrup, white chocolate shavings, candied orange and maple syrup, priced at $12. Another favorite is the Chocolate Decadence French Toast, which features rich, dark chocolate-stuffed brioche piled with strawberries and drizzled with a choice of white, milk or dark chocolate syrup, priced at $14.
For a more savory meal, diners can try the Sugar Factory Eggs Benedict, priced at $13, served with scalloped potatoes, parmesean cheese, Canadian bacon and grilled asparagus, capped off with a creamy, herb Hollandaise sauce. The Smoked Salmon Croissant is also a crowd-pleaser, made up of Alaskan-smoked salmon, chive cream cheese spread, arugula and a side of piping hot home fries, available for $18.
These menu items, along with dozens of different items, including pasta, pizza, burgers, seafood and, of course, unforgettable desserts, are available all day and all night at the one-of-a-kind restaurant.
Sugar Factory American Brasserie will also hold a special Easter game during the two weeks leading up to the joyful holiday. Beginning on Sunday, March 25, Sugar Factory American Brasserie will have a towering display of colorful jelly beans by their front doors. Guests are encouraged to guess the correct amount of jelly beans in the display and to submit their estimations in a collections box, directly next to the display.
On Easter Sunday, the estimations will be read and the guest with the closet guess to the correct amount will be contacted and receive a heaping Easter basket as a special holiday prize. Additional entries will also have a chance to win random prizes such as Sugar Factory Couture Pops, apparel, merchandise or gift certificates.
