Dinner In The Sky Las Vegas Brings Dining To The Strip 180 Feet Up

Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas will bring extraordinary fare to an open-air gourmet dinner, served 180 feet from the ground, gorgeous views of the Strip and surrounding mountains, into one breathtaking experience. A dynamic addition to the Las Vegas skyline, Dinner in the Sky will break ground on Monday, April 29, and open early this summer on an 8.8 acre site just minutes away from Las Vegas Boulevard near Polaris Street and Tropicana Avenue.

Dining enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike will enjoy a night out unlike any other; strapped in by six-point harnesses for safety while enjoying dinner by Executive Chefs Ward Martin and Ivan Sanchez. Owned and operated by Janeen Hinden in partnership with Kelley Jones, Dinner in the Sky will be the ultimate pop-up restaurant.

“We are excited to bring Dinner in the Sky to Las Vegas,” Hinden said. “The incredible views, gourmet fare and thrill factor will make Dinner in the Sky an experience locals and visitors won’t want to miss.”

The experience give new meaning to “dining out” with 360-degree views of the city from two tables accommodating 22 guests each. To add to the grandeur experience of the meal, guests will be hosted by a maître d, skilled team of chefs and mixologists to ensure a memorable culinary experience.

With packages starting at $290 per person, guests will enjoy a three-course gourmet dinner, wine pairings with each course and a complimentary photo as a memento of their experience. Dinner in the Sky will offer eight nightly seatings at 5, 5:30, 6:30, 7, 8, 8:30; 9:30 and 10 p.m. with dynamic menu selections to please every palate.

The tables, measuring 29’ x 18’ and weighing in at seven tons when fully loaded, will be permanently attached to a 200-foot-high steel tower. Dinner in the Sky will be the premier destination for events of all types of events and occasions including “Wedding in the Sky,” “Team-Building in the Sky,” “Meeting in the Sky,” and “Party in the Sky.”

The dynamic attraction is also home to a spacious reception area on the ground, which includes an on-site bar and lounge with signature libations for guests to enjoy while observing Dinner in the Sky in action.
