As the new leader of ECF, Farber will continue to flourish and align the hospitality industry’s affiliation with the community through support of the local education system, related organizations, charities and associations for the Las Vegas-based non-profit organization. With more than 20 years in the restaurant business, Farber’s passion and life-long devotion to the industry shines through his hard work.

As Director of Operations for Emeril Lagasse, Farber oversees Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, Delmonico Steakhouse, Table 10 and Lagasse’s Stadium.  Upon graduating from Louisiana State University in 1986, Farber landed an assistant position with Emeril Lagasse and has worked to become a leader within the company.

Kevin Dimond, General Manager of Aureole and The Charlie Palmer Group, has resigned as President of 3 years from ECF.
