The reality tv star donned a dress and tiara as she partied with boyfriend Slade Smiley as Spiderman, her mom and Jim Bellino, husband of fellow co-star Alexis Bellino.
She was surprised with a cake in the shape of a purse and was treated to a bottle of Champagne from a group of gentlemen one table over.
