At the heart of the Las Vegas restaurant is the kitchen, a dramatic culinary theatre helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and his team of highly skilled wok and dim sum chefs at center-stage. Their artistry is responsible for Hakkasan classics such as stir-fried black pepper rib-eye beef with Merlot, and silver cod with champagne and Chinese honey.

Accompanying the delectable menu are expansive wine and cocktail programs, carefully curated by the talented Hakkasan team. Patrons will be pleased to explore the restaurant’s selection of internationally- and locally produced libations chosen to complement different aspects of the menu. The private dining room on the second level overlooks the main room giving guests a birds-eye view of the awe-inspiring immense “Cage” sure to wow any onlooker.

THE HAKKASAN LAS VEGAS NIGHTCLUB

As the evening progresses the ambience will gradually transform, energized by a vibrancy that builds and inspires guests to move seamlessly upstairs to the third level where the first nightlife elements are unveiled. This begins with the Ling Ling Club, a 10,000-square-foot experience and a separate, more intimate environment known as the Ling Ling Lounge, which offers a more relaxed atmosphere with top-notch mixology.

Positioned at the forefront of the dance floor is the DJ area, designed with its celebrated artists in mind. Adjacent to the main nightclub is the pavilion, a nightlife experience with an outdoor feel featuring an oriental garden, classic to its Chinoiserie design. The space will operate as an extension of the main nightclub or individually. Equipped with its own DJ booth, the Garden Bar, an amphitheater-style setting, a visually stunning two-story water feature andlush life-like foliage completes what is certain to be Vegas’ most unique and engaging destination.

Elevated above the main nightclub is the mezzanine on the fifth level, which provides an area for guests who desire a more private, VIP environment while still having access to the energy of the dance floor. It can accommodate large groups in the semi-private rooms, featuring their own customizable screens, coolers, sound control and mixology supplies.

Premier entertainment will be at the core of the nightlife element, offering a diverse collection of in-demand talent across genres appealing to an eclectic audience.
