Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick will celebrate the New Year’s Eve 2012 celebration with a spectacular view of the fireworks from the rooftop of the new Chateau Gardens at Paris Las Vegas overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. E!’s celebrated couple will host the official New Year’s Eve bash at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens along with thousands of party goers enjoying dancing, drinking, and a champagne toast to ring in 2012.

The Kardashian sister and her long-time beau recently finished filming season two of E!’s hit show, “Kourtney and Kim take New York,†set to debut in November. With the second birthday of their son, Mason, just two weeks prior to the New Year on Dec. 14, the couple will have a lot to celebrate as they ring in 2012.

Chateau Nightclub & Gardens is located at Paris Las Vegas at 3655 Las Vegas Boulevard South, directly above Sugar Factory American Brasserie restaurant and retail store. Spanning more than 45,000 square feet and sprawled across two stories, Chateau features three separate nightlife experiences including a high-energy nightclub, magnificent Strip-side Chateau Terrace and blossoming Chateau Gardens.
Chateau is open Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 10 p.m. to close.
