Las Vegas Homes SalesLas Vegas homes sales figures and Las Vegas mls figures show an inventory increase for June. Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS or GLVAR reported the inventory of townhomes, condos and single family homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate for June, 2007 reached a record of 23,642 homes eclipsing October 2006 inventory of 23,474 this past week.

The Las Vegas mls shows a single family home median price is $305,000 or a 1.2 percent increase from the previous month but a 3.2 percent decrease of $10,000 from 2006.

The homes for sale in Las Vegas mls number increased 2.6 percent from May 2007 and 18.1 percent from June 2007.

June had a 5.9 percent decrease or 1,476 single family homes sold in June from May 2007 or a decrease of 41.6 percent

GLVAR data collected from the Las Vegas mls does not show completed sales of builder new homes sold and FSBOs or other transactions without a REALTOR.

There were 1,476 single-family home sales in June, down 5.9 percent from May, and down 41.6 from a year ago. Townhomes and condos sales decreased to 344. May had 373 home sales in Las Vegas, NV.

There was an increase of townhomes and condos for sale was 6,263, down 1.3 percent from May. It was an increase of 35.3 percent from a year ago. The Las Vegas condos median price is up 2.2 percent or of $194,250 from May and down 5.2 percent from the same time last year.

The multiple listing service showed a 1.4 percent increase of homes sold last month at $712 million. From last year it is a decrease of 35 percent.

The amount of single family Las Vegas homes sold within 60 days was 53 percent and condominiums and townhomes sales were 48.5 percent. It should take a while to reduce the 16 months worth of home inventory listed.
