Lupe Fiasco Celebrated His Album Lasers At LAVO Las Vegas Nightclub
Lupe Fiasco celebrated the release of his highly anticipated album Lasers, which hit #1 on iTunes on its first day out, with a party at Lavo Las Vegas. He arrived at the nightclub just before 1 am and made a quick stop at a table to get surprised by a giant cake with his album cover on it.
He held it up as the crowd went nuts and camera phones shot off like paparazzi. He then took to the DJ booth to spin and immediately got the crowd into a frenzy, kicking off his set with a song by alt rockers Pendulum.
Fiasco then went into a house set followed by some Kings of Leon and a tribute to Michael Jackson.
He got on the mic to remind the crowd of his number #1 and was clearly excited by the early success. Photo Credit: Al Powers
