The 3,169-square-foot Charleston home floor plan has four to five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a two or three-car garage.
The Summit home floor plan offers 3,459 square feet, four to six bedrooms, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths, a two or three-car garage.
The model homes focus on standard features. The Charleston home model showcases what each home in the gated community at Mountain Shadows offers.
Many upgrades by other builders are part of the standard home design.
Some standard new homes for sale in Las Vegas features include provincial style interior doors, second-floor laundry rooms, maple cabinets and bull nose edges on solid slab granite countertops.
the master baths feature frameless shower enclosures, kitchens have direct vents and each home contains Milguard windows.
Most Mountain Shadows homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate are also prewired for cable TV, ceiling fans, internet and phones. Each new home is Energy Star rated with low-e windows and Lennex SEER 13 air conditioning units.
