Beachlife at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino offers new signature additions to the poolside menu, now available.

Satisfying all cravings, the menu offers a wide selection of flavorful fare including breakfast, appetizers, salads, rice bowls, sandwiches and wraps. Some shareable favorites include: the Tropical Fruit Plate (a fresh seasonal assortment of fruits and melons, served with Tahitian vanilla honey yogurt); Grilled Pita and Hummus (accompanied by cucumbers and bell peppers); and Pizzas such as traditional cheese, pepperoni and margherita.

For those seeking fresh greens, the menu features the Beach Club Salad (grilled chicken, bacon, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cheddar cheese, pecans and roasted sweet corn with honey mustard vinaigrette and BBQ drizzle); savory rice bowls are available such as the Sweet Chili Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken, both served with steamed white rice and stir fry vegetables; tasty wraps and sandwiches include the Ahi Tuna Wrap (garnished with sweet chili mayo, avocado, pickled ginger, lettuce, carrots, cabbage and sesame ginger vinaigrette); and the Veggie Burger (house-made vegan patty, grilled and served on a toasted bun with herb mayo, lettuce, red onion, tomato and dill pickle).

For cabana parties, the Hard Rock Pool dishes up platters that feed up to six people and include: Sand Castle Sliders (black angus cheeseburger sliders); Ultimate Nacho Platter (tortilla chips covered in chicken, Anaheim chilies, cheese, ranchero sauce and finished off with Pico de Gallo, sour cream and guacamole); and Sample Platter (chicken tenders, wings and onion rings with celery and carrot sticks, Frank’s RedHot, ranch and blue cheese dip).

Because all good meals should be paired with a refreshing drink, guests can indulge in Hard Rock Pool’s signature libations including: Bomb Pop (Ciroc Red Berry, fresh sour, Sprite and a splash of Blue Curacao); Chi Chi (Ciroc Coconut, fresh coconut water, Coco Lopez, pineapple and cherry garnish); and Sin City Sunset (Belvedere Orange, Monin Blood Orange syrup, fresh orange juice and a splash of Campari). Hours of Operation are as follows: Nirvana Pool, 9 a.m. to close, seven days a week; Breathe Pool Lounge, 11 a.m. to 3 a.m., Friday through Sunday; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Thursday; Paradise Beach, 11 a.m. to sunset, Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to sunset, Saturday and Sunday.
