Mussels, Frites & Craft Beer Menu At Morels Steakhouse At The Palazzo
Mussels, Frites and Craft Beer will be part of a special menu returning to the popular French restaurant, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo Las Vegas, From Feb. 1 through March 31.
“We are pleased to bring this menu back to the restaurant for the second consecutive year,†said Tom Bachner, general manager of Morels. “It was a guest favorite and we expect it to be a favorite once again.â€
The menu offers a variety of succulent mussel and frites paired with American beers:
Moules A La Crème
Steamed with Tarragon, Garlic and Crème Fraiche
Moules Boston
Chowder Style Corn, Nueske Bacon and Cream Sauce
Moules Provencals
Steamed in Salsa Verde Broth, Fresh Herbs, Pistou
Beers:

- Full Sail IPA, Orgeon
- Firestone Union Jack, California
- North Coast Pranqster, California
- Sierra Nevada Kellerweis Hefeweizen, California
