Palms Place luxury Las Vegas condos expects opening February 29, 2008. Palms Place has received a temporary certificate of occupancy Friday from Clark County inspectors. New condo buyers will be able to close their real estate transactions and start moving in at the end of the month.
The condo hotel will include owner’s units to their rental inventory when the owner’s are away.
The Palms Tower Las Vegas has a mix of top four floors of penthouses. studio and 1,200 square foot one bedrooms luxury suites in the 599 total units.
The owners are expecting 50 percent rental share for the night’s the units are in the rental pool, but there is no guarantee of a particular amount. Almost 80 percent of the studio and one bedroom units are expected to be up for rent.
March 5 will be the first day 10 units are expected to become available for rent with 60 in the next two days.
The next few months will add 25 rooms every seven days to the Las Vegas NV hotel rental inventory.
The construction completion for the 21 penthouses is scheduled for three months from now. The luxury homes range in size from 2,000 square feet – 7,000 square feet.
Some celebrity buyers include Hulk Hogan of the American Gladiators, guitarist Paul Stanley of Kiss, singer Jessica Simpson and rapper Eminem.
Sunset Tan, the upscale tanning salon will open in about three weeks.
The restaurant by chef Kerry Simon, The Simon Restaurant & Lounge, will open in April.
The location of the 520 foot nongaming tower is on the west side of the Palms 32 acres of real estate.
