St Regis Residences At The Venetian Palazzo Las Vegas Opens In 2010

St Regis ResidencesSt Regis Residences at the Venetian Palazzo Las Vegas is expected to open the luxury high rise condos in 2010.  The St. Regis brand, from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, will operate the project.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. has announced the joint venture with Starwood for the $600 million luxury condos on the Strip.  The entire real estate development will include 398 upscale residences in a 632 foot tower between the Palazzo hotel and The Venetian.

No financial relationship information has been released concerning the details of the high rise condo partnership.  Would there be an equal split of the residential sales profits?  We don’t know.  This will be the first time an outside management company will oversee a Las Vegas Sands property.

The St Regis Residences are expected to fetch $1,500 to $2,000 per square foot.  They could be among some of the most expense real estate on the Strip including condos from Trump and Project CityCenter.  Starwood believes with a shared vision, excellent partner and a premier location, the most luxurious services, amenities and services in Las Vegas, will conclude with a rare opportunity in high rise ownership.

Buyers can purchase a world renowned designer furnishing package to complete their home.  Included in the experience is personal attention by round the clock English-trained butlers called the St. Regis Butler Service.

St Regis is known worldwide for its luxury hotels.  This residential project at the Venetian Palazzo will be a first for the brand that doesn’t include hotel rooms.

Buyers will have an option to purchase the residences as fully furnished with furniture packages from several world-renowned designers. Residents will also have access to the St. Regis Butler Service, where English-trained butlers offer round-the-clock personalized attention. Photo: Las Vegas Sands
