Strip House American Steakhouse Celebrates 5 Year Anniversary At PH

Strip House Las Vegas steakhouse will celebrate five years of serving its indulgent take on classic American dishes this September. Throughout the month, Strip House will offer a selection of anniversary specials from famed meat-man, Corporate Executive Chef John Schenk, giving guests a taste of what the menu is known for—mouthwatering steaks, decadent sides and crafted cocktails.

The anniversary menu is a line-up of sumptuous food and drink specials to commemorate the restaurant’s milestone achievement. Start the celebration with a refreshing cocktail like Blueberry Thyme ($13) a mixture of Stoli Blueberry Vodka and fresh blueberry-lemon thyme puree shaken together and served on the rocks with a sprig of thyme.

For those that prefer wine or beer, toast the occasion with a 12.5 ounce carafe of Sliver Oak, Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ($50) or Oktoberfest Lager from Tenaya Creek’s local brewery.

For dinner, bite into the juicy layers of Strip House’s Bone-In Rib Eye ($88) for two and pair with signature sides like Black Truffle Creamed Spinach or Goose Fat Potatoes. Getting sweeter with time, Strip House’s rich 24-layer Chocolate Cake dubbed “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” by Food Network’s Michael Psilakis, is a dessert must. An estimated ten tons of the Chocolate Cake (1.7 pounds a slice!) has been served since the restaurant opened in 2007.

Strip House’s design aesthetic is old world glamour meets modern style and sophistication. Whether enjoying dinner in the dining room or drinks in the newly expanded lounge, Strip House offers an unmatched experience for couples and groups alike.
