Strip House At PH October Dessert Special to Help Fight Breast Cancer

During the month of October, Strip House Las Vegas steakhouse at Planet Hollywood will be doing its part to help fight breast cancer. The Las Vegas restaurant has teamed up with the Breast Treatment Task Force, an organization that is committed to providing free breast screening and education, diagnostic follow up and treatment to low income patients that cannot afford to buy health insurance.

While dining at Strip House, guests will be encouraged to end dinner on a sweet note and indulge for a cause as a portion of the proceeds for each Pink Velvet Chocolate Torte ($10), a pink themed dessert that includes fresh berries and strawberry ice cream, will benefit the non-profit organization.

Strip House’s sister BR Guest restaurants will also participate in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Thus far, through the purchase of these desserts, along with additional customer donations, BR Guest funds have facilitated more than $1,000,000 in medical services for uninsured patients including 302 mammograms, 101 ultrasounds or sonograms, 23 biopsies, 18 MRIs and 5 full cancer treatments.
