Summerlin Las Vegas holds the holiday light festival, Light up your Holidays at Ladera, today in Summerlin real estate master plan. Everyone in Las Vegas is invited.

Light up your Holidays is being held today from noon to 5 p.m. in the Ladera neighborhood located in The Mesa Village in Summerlin off Town Center Drive south of Tropicana Avenue and west of Hualapai Way.

The light festival will feature photos with Santa Claus, activities for children, holiday décor, crafts and a gingerbread house raffle. Proceeds from the sale of activities, photos, craft sales and refreshments will benefit the Henderson Allied Community Advocates (HACA).

The local nonprofit organization HACA intervenes with families to prevent homelessness, impact poverty and change lives. Founded in 1991, the organization serves more than 1,800 families annually. 

The event is hosted by Summerlin Las Vegas and three of its home builders: KB Home, Engle Homes and Richmond American Homes.

The 600-plus Summerlin home neighborhood offers 17 home floor plans that range from 1,642 to 2,804 square feet. Summerlin home prices start in the low $300,000s.
