New American Home in Las Vegas real estate will save nearly 75 percent energy of similar homes in the area. The energy efficient homes by Blue Heron builder are a semi custom luxury home community in The Marquis Las Vegas.
The National Association of Home Builders International Builders’ Show will be held in the Las Vegas Convention Center during January 20 – 23, 2009. This Las Vegas home will feature the latest green technology and valued near $4 million.

Las Vegas homes for sale in Southern Nevada by Pardee are now EnergySmart. The EnergySmart standards are green building standards that exceed local, state and national building codes for energy savings.
An independent certification assures at least a 15 percent savings in the energy code requirements for building green.
Pardee Homes building now includes vinyl framed and spectrally selective glass windows for energy efficiency. The new home will stay warner in the winter and cooler in the summer, and improved indoor air quality with sealed ducts.

Pulte Homes in Las Vegas, Nevada goes green with LEED certification. Pulte Homes is constructing two homes with energy saving features in The Club at Madeira Canyon. Their goal is to achieve the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building certification.
The LEED for Homes program is a rating system that promotes the architectural design and construction of high performance “green” homes, which use less natural resources, create less waste, water and energy, are more comfortable and healthier for the home owners.
