Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is showing appreciation to guests this Thanksgiving by inviting them to enjoy festive fare, featuring unique fall-inspired cuisine available at the boutique property’s culinary destinations on Thursday, Nov. 24.

35 Steaks + Martinis Interior

35 Steaks + Martinis invites guests to unbutton their culinary inhibitions and offers limited-time specials in addition to its regular dinner menu. Featured items: Duck Confit (fresh green lentils, Swiss chard, glazed root vegetables); Pumpkin Soup (toasted pumpkin seeds, nutmeg crème fraiche); and Lamb Shank (slow braised, mushroom risotto, mint Gremolata). Dinner will be served from 5 to 10 p.m.

LTO Pizza & More invites guests to treat their taste buds to specialty items such as: Spinach and Prosciutto Stuffed Turkey Breast (served with roasted potatoes and sautéed rapini); Roasted Pumpkin Fettucine (slow roasted pumpkin and herb cream sauce, toasted pumpkin seeds); and Pumpkin Parfait. LTO will be open from 5 to 10 p.m.

Mr. Lucky’s Café features its traditional menu plus a la carte limited items. Dishes include: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (chive crème fraiche, cinnamon croutons); Holiday Mixed Greens (candied walnuts, Asian pear, bleu cheese, blackberry vinaigrette); and Honey Mustard Glazed Ham (cornbread stuffing, house made cranberry sauce). Mr. Lucky’s Café is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Limited-time Thanksgiving menu will be available 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.

Pink Taco offers its regular menu as well as Thanksgiving dishes. Menu highlights include: Achiote Turkey Quesadilla (achiote turkey, cheese and peppers melted in a flour tortilla); Achiote Roasted Turkey (roasted free range turkey, chorizo corn bread stuffing, cilantro and cotija mashed potatoes, Mexican corn); and Shrimp Diablo (shrimp sautéed in a spicy chili sauce, cilantro-lime rice). Pink Taco will be open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Johnny Smalls features seasonal tapas fun for sharing. Thanksgiving specials include: Buffalo Turkey Wings with cranberry hot sauce; Sweet Potato Tots with maple marshmallow dip; Turkey Dinner Sliders with cranberry mayo and Crispy Brie Lollipops with cranberry orange marmalade. Items may be purchased a la carte or as part of the All-You-Can-Eat Special. Dinner is open from 5 to 10 p.m.
