Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Celebrates Mexican Independence Day 9/15-17

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is recognizing Mexico’s most important national holiday with a two-day long celebration, where guests are invited to be immersed in Mexican culture without ever having to leave Las Vegas’ premier entertainment destination. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness the “Grito Mexicano,” a cry of patriotism, as it kicks off the festivities, as well as performances by folkloric dancers and traveling Mexican jewelry carts at a Street Fair taking place on P2, set to close the weekend.

Mariachis will also be performing throughout each day at various hotel locations including the hotel lobby, The Pool District, and the hotel’s centerpiece bar, The Chandelier.

Supporting this celebratory tribute to Mexican Independence is famous Mexican recording artist and actor, Pedro Fernández. Fernández will perform in concert at The Boulevard Pool on the night of Friday, September 16. VIP tickets are $75 and General Admission tickets are $50. A limited number of premium cabanas are also available by calling 702.698.6797. Guests must be 18+ to attend and 21+ to reserve a cabana. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the show is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m.
