Trump Towers Las Vegas condos are slated for a grand opening March 31, 2008. The gilded condo hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate includes 1,282 units with residents closing on their residences the first part of March.
The luxury boutique hotel rental program of Trump International Hotel & Tower will be available to homeowners, which allows the leasing of their units, on March 31, 2008.
The word was released about the rental and reservations have started by hotel guests for the opening. The inventory in the rental pool will change.
Hotel prices will start at $238 nightly and go up according to the unit location and size in the Tower by Donald Trump.
Residents at Trump Las Vegas could be enjoying their units as early as the first part of March.
The 645 foot Trump Tower will offer a heated outdoor pool, a signature restaurant called DJT, 2,400 square feet of meeting space and a spa. It is located across from the Fashion Show mall on the Strip. The hotel is a non gaming boutique property.
The cost of the initial Trump Tower is $1.2 billion. A second Trump Tower II will start construction towards the end of the year.
