The event featured small bites and signature cocktails in The Chandelier, a dramatic three-story architectural wonder created by 2 million crystals.

To mark the Vegas expansion, the airline also launched a new seat-to-seat delivery feature on flights nationwide, allowing travelers to send fellow guests onboard a drink, snack or meal using a digital seat map on the airline’s in-flight entertainment platform, Red. Known for its mood-lit cabins and high-tech features, Virgin America has swept the major awards, including “Best Domestic Airline” in Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards and Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards.

The airline offers WiFi on every flight and a touch-screen entertainment platform to every guest (with 30 movies, live TV, Google maps, videogames, on-demand menus, seat-to-seat chat and more). Photo credit: Virgin America
