Winder Farms Wins 1st Place At World Dairy Expo Dairy Product Contest
Winder Farms, a premier home delivery grocery company, takes first place in the White Milk and Lowfat Chocolate Milk categories at the World Dairy Expo Dairy Product Championship Contest. Additionally, Winder Farms placed second in the Whey Based Sports/Energy Drink with one of its newest products, Chocolate Milk Recovery Drink.

This year’s contest, sponsored by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association (WDPA), broke records with 720 entries from throughout North America and internationally. Judging was held on Aug. 7-8 at the Madison Area Technical College (MATC) Culinary School and Aug. 9 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Babcock Hall.
With participants competing in various categories this is the only judging contest of its kind in North America as no other national contest includes all dairy products.
“We couldn’t achieve this level of success without our dedicated team and I especially want to thank them for their commitment to producing award winning, high quality milk that is antibiotic free and comes from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones,†added Dutton.
