Guests can enjoy acoustic entertainment in an intimate bistro setting and proceeds from the evening will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Southern Nevada.

Bacio by Carla Pellegrino is a charming trattoria specializing in authentic Italian cuisine. Using only the freshest and most choice ingredients, Executive Chef Carla Pellegrino has created a delectable dinner menu for this special evening.

First-course options include Fried Calamari and Zucchini, which will be complemented with Rémoulade and Marinara sauces, Warm Octopus Salad, Boiled Potatoes and Fava Beans and an Arugula and Pear Salad. For the second-course, Penne alla Vodka, Ravioli, a Signature Shrimp dish and Rib Eye with Port wine sauce. For dessert, a decadent Chocolate Mousse and savory Mango Panna Cotta.

In addition to an evening of delicious cuisine and entertainment, Tropicana Las Vegas has dedicated the entire month of October to raising awareness and funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The newly transformed Strip resort recently lit its building pink to launch the month-long initiative in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This initiative also features a pink Web site, Pink Room Packages and additional on-property events hosted by Tropicana to support Susan G. Komen’s efforts to better the lives of those facing breast cancer in the Las Vegas community.
