Wolfgang Puck's Postrio Bar & Grill Launches New Weekend Brunch Menu

Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio Bar & Grill Las Vegas at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian is excited to announce the launch of its new weekend brunch. Offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the menu features Wolfgang’s signature twists on an array of traditional brunch favorites in addition to a full menu including Postrio’s famed wood-oven baked pizzas, sandwiches and entrees.

New brunch menu items include:

  • Warm Brioche Doughnuts with House Made Strawberry Jam and Vanilla Sugar
  • Scrambled Egg Pizza with Shaved Yukon Gold Potatoes and Bacon Lardons
  • Breakfast Sandwich on Toasted Ciabatta Bread with Prosciutto and Wild Arugula
  • Crisp Corned Beef and Hash with Two Fried Organic Eggs and Sourdough Toast
  • Buttermilk Pancakes with Candied Pecans and Maple Butter
  • French Style Omelet with Wild Mushrooms, Gruyere Cheese and Tuscan Potatoes
  • Grilled Prime Flat Iron Steak with Two Eggs Over Easy and Creamed Spinach
  • House Cured Smoked Salmon on a Toasted Bagel with Red Onion, Cucumber and Cream Cheese

In addition to the new brunch items, the full menu offers soups, salads, small bites and main courses. Signature dishes include:

  • Truffled Potato Chips with Blue Cheese Sauce
  • Lobster Club Sandwich on Nine Grain Bread with Apple Wood Smoked Bacon
  • Ricotta Gnocchi with Sweet Fennel Sausage
  • Grilled Prime Burger with Vermont Cheddar Cheese and Smoked Onion Marmalade
